Random Thoughts – Teen Wolf

Admittedly this post has absolutely nothing to do with MegaBracket, but it’s a sports movie to calm the f’ down.  I have seen Teen Wolf numerous times and every time I watch it I’m left with the same lingering question.  Wouldn’t Teen Wolf be a better track star than a basketball player, hell a running back or a even a gunner on special teams for the Beavers?  What about a werewolf screams, “Hell yes I’m going to drop a quadruple double on your ass the first time I step on the court?  Not one damn thing I tell you!  I have seen a wolf run really fast and tackle shit it’s trying to kill, but I’ve never seen one cross somebody over then throw down a dunk with his armpits above the rim. Let me present this first item of evidence What a real wolf does. Now for a quick look at a few things a wolf would not do as well Really???  Not only is Scott Howard aka the Wolf now a basketball god, but he looks like this guy….

I’m think the people in wardrobe just glued some more hair to Michael J Fox’s face and said what the hell we’re working on a movie about a werewolf who plays basketball.  Don’t even get my started on Styles or this These waves are mine.

That’s all the venting I will do for now.  I’ll save my ripping of Twister for another day, in the meantime let me know if there are any movies you love but absolutely drive you nuts…Please no porn.

Friday’s MegaLinks

To paraphrase Paul Harvey, “Good Morning MegaBracketeers, it’s Friday!” What better way to get ready for the weekend than a (not necessarily) heaping helping of MB links? OK, OK, perhaps a beverage would enhance the morning. However, if you are at work and can’t imbibe, take a swig of MB and feel the buzz of random minor league football awesomeness. (Kudos to the IFL Website for adding frequent updates. The other events coming up – not so much.)
